1. Who we are

Hanwei (含威 — "containing authority") is a corporate-grade treasury management and yield intelligence platform built natively on BNB Chain. We serve Asia-Pacific corporations, Hong Kong family offices, institutional DAOs, and regulated fund managers. Hanwei operates from Hong Kong and is designed to align with Hong Kong SFC reporting standards. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use hanwei.finance and related services (the "Platform").

2. Information we collect

  • Account & KYC data — institutional contact details, corporate documents, beneficial-ownership information, and KYC attestations required for institutional gating and ERC-3643 transfer-restriction logic.
  • On-chain data — wallet addresses you connect, multi-sig configurations, transaction history, and positions across Venus Protocol, Pendle, ListaDAO, BlackRock BUIDL, VBILL, CMBMINT, xStocks, and other supported BNB-native assets.
  • Usage data — dashboards viewed, reports generated, natural-language queries to the AI briefing module, approval workflows, and audit-log events.
  • Device & log data — IP address, browser, device identifiers, timestamps, and security telemetry.

3. How we use information

  • Operate the five treasury modules: Yield Optimizer, RWA Treasury, Multi-Sig Controls, Compliance + Reporting, and Treasury Intelligence.
  • Generate SFC-aligned reports, tax CSV exports, and ERC-3643 compliance attestations.
  • Maintain audit trails of approval workflows, spending limits, and role-based access events.
  • Detect anomalous contract interactions and trigger auto-pause for emergency controls.
  • Provide AI-powered treasury briefings and respond to natural-language queries.
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from regulators.

4. Storage and record-keeping

Compliance documents, audit logs, and KYC attestations may be persisted to BNB Greenfield decentralized storage for permanent, censorship-resistant institutional record-keeping. Operational data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) infrastructure providers required to deliver the Platform (oracles such as Chainlink, RPC providers, custody and KYC vendors); (b) auditors and professional advisors under confidentiality; (c) authorities where required by law, including the Hong Kong SFC; and (d) parties you explicitly authorize through your multi-sig and approval workflows.

6. On-chain data

Blockchain transactions are public by design. Once a transaction is broadcast to BNB Chain or opBNB, Hanwei cannot alter or remove it. You should connect only wallets you are authorized to manage on behalf of your organization.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold off-chain. To exercise a right, contact us via the Platform. Requests are reviewed against our regulatory record-keeping obligations.

8. Security

Hanwei uses role-based access control, multi-signature treasury controls, spending limits, and anomaly-based auto-pause to protect institutional assets. No system is perfectly secure; you remain responsible for safeguarding your private keys and signer devices.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Platform evolves through its roadmap. Material changes will be highlighted on hanwei.finance.
