Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. The Platform
Hanwei (含威) is a SaaS intelligence layer on BNB Chain that sits above Venus Protocol, Pendle, ListaDAO, and the BNB RWA ecosystem (including CMBMINT, BlackRock BUIDL, VanEck VBILL, Tether Gold, and xStocks). Hanwei provides a dashboard, automated yield optimization, multi-signature spending controls, ERC-3643 compliance reporting, and Hong Kong SFC-aligned audit exports. Hanwei is not a DeFi protocol, custodian, bank, broker-dealer, or investment adviser.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for Asia-Pacific corporations, Hong Kong family offices, institutional DAOs, and regulated fund managers. By using Hanwei you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization, that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, and that you and your beneficial owners are not subject to applicable sanctions.
3. Accounts and access
Hanwei uses role-based access control with CFO, treasurer, operator, and viewer roles, plus approval workflows and spending limits. You are responsible for configuring roles, signers, multi-sig thresholds, and emergency-pause settings appropriately for your organization. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, private keys, and signer devices.
4. Subscriptions, fees, and HWI
- Hanwei charges a SaaS subscription, an AUM-based fee, and a yield spread as described on hanwei.finance.
- Pro-tier subscriptions may be paid in FDUSD or other supported settlement currencies.
- The Hanwei Token (HWI) is a BEP-20 utility token on BNB Smart Chain with a fixed total supply of 80,000,000. HWI may be used for subscription credits, fee discounts, governance, and yield boosts as described in product documentation. HWI is not an investment, security, or claim on the company.
- Fees, rates, and HWI utility may change as the product evolves.
5. No financial, legal, or tax advice
Hanwei surfaces analytics, yield opportunities, NAV data, oracle feeds, and AI-generated treasury briefings. These outputs are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, regulatory, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for treasury, allocation, and compliance decisions, including consultation with qualified advisors.
6. Risk acknowledgement
Digital-asset markets are volatile. Smart-contract protocols (including Venus, Pendle, ListaDAO, and RWA issuers) carry technical, economic, oracle, and counterparty risk. RWA NAV may drift. Bridges, custodians, and stablecoin issuers may fail. You acknowledge that yields are not guaranteed, that past performance is not indicative of future results, and that capital loss is possible.
7. Compliance
Hanwei is designed to support institutional KYC gating, ERC-3643 transfer restrictions, AML audit trails, and Hong Kong SFC-aligned reporting under the ASPIRe framework. You are responsible for completing KYC, providing accurate organizational information, and meeting your own licensing and reporting obligations.
8. Acceptable use
You will not use Hanwei to evade sanctions, launder funds, manipulate markets, attack the Platform or its dependencies, reverse-engineer non-public components, or interfere with other users' approval workflows or multi-sig configurations.
9. Third-party protocols
Hanwei integrates with third-party infrastructure including BNB Smart Chain, opBNB, Venus Protocol, Pendle, ListaDAO, Chainlink, BNB Greenfield, FDUSD, CMBMINT, BUIDL, VBILL, XAUt, and xStocks. Hanwei does not operate these protocols and is not responsible for their availability, security, or terms.
10. Intellectual property
The Hanwei name, the 含威 mark, the Platform, dashboards, reporting templates, and documentation are owned by Hanwei. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform during your subscription.
11. Warranties and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanwei is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost yield, or treasury losses arising from third-party protocols, oracle failures, smart-contract exploits, or user configuration errors. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to Hanwei in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or to protect the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time; on-chain positions and records remain on the blockchain.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms as Hanwei progresses through its roadmap. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
